President Donald Trump has sparked a new round of health concerns from hundreds of Internet Detectives after having a drink of water.
The 45th POTUS was busy unveiling his new national security strategy in Washington DC when he was spotted drinking water with two hands ‘like a small child’.
Despite his political playground tactics, some totally unqualified observers were worried this could be a sign of dementia, or another degenerative disease affecting motor control.
The awkward swig came just days after Trump slurred his words during a speech in Israel announcing changes to American Israeli policy.

White House spokesman Raj Shah explained ‘there was nothing to’ President Trump’s garbled ‘God bless the United States’ and added, ‘His throat was dry’.
But Twitter was quick to play amateur diagnostician:
With today's speech, anyone can clearly see Trump's crumbling health
Slurring, sippy cup style water drinking, involuntary jerks & restricted eye mvmts on display-part of his dozen+ symptoms of Frontotemporal Dementia
It's degenerative, highly progressive & worsening every week

45 holds that water glass like my 3 year old grandson holds his cup! I really think Trump has dementia and is reverting 2 childhood actions ~ https://t.co/6yEfkfRezO

Jospeh Fedorko used capital letters to make his unverified point:
THE WAY HE IS GRABBING THAT GLASS SHOWS TRUMP HAS DEMENTIA.
HIS MOTOR SKILLS ARE DEGENERATING.
Twitter user @KungFu_Grip added:
My great grandmother who had dementia drank water like Trump did and barely ate before she passed away.
Matthew Milller Sr. mused:
Trump slurs … that’s not the give away. Holding a water bottle with two hands is.
I suspect dementia or blood sugar swings. Noting the change in his speaking style and sentences suggest dementia or heavy drug use.
‘Evidence-Based Chuck E.’ wrote:
I use two hands on a glass when my hand shaking is out of my control (I have essential tremor). My guess is Trump is hiding that kind of shaking (or Parkinsons).
Of course, that’s also ME applying MY condition to him, so, take that for what it’s worth.
While it might be nice respite to justify some of Trump’s more controversial actions and beliefs with a medical ailment, there is no evidence to suggest the 70-year-old Commander in Chief is unwell.
Some suggested the problem merely arose because of his notorious ‘tiny hands’, dubbing him ‘toddler in chief’. Maybe he just hadn’t had his ‘covfefe‘ that morning.
You can take a look back at his most controversial tweets here:
Trump regularly ridiculed Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton over health concerns during the 2016 campaign, repeatedly questioning her stamina and strength.
It looks like he's getting a taste of his own medicine.
North Korean despot Kim Jong-un also famously accused the president of being a 'mentally deranged dotard' as part of the leaders' ongoing pissing contest.
It came after Donald called Kim 'rocket man'. No reference to Elton John inferred, apparently.
It seems politics have become a playing field full of playground tactics and hurling abuse at opponents for their personal biology rather than policies.
In an attempt to regain control of the runaway story, press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders announced that Trump will undergo a physical examination early next year, with the findings released to the public.
No doubt, there will be the fanfare and fallout we have come to expect in politics if and when they are released.
