Amir Khan Claims Everything He Tweeted About Anthony Joshua Is True
Amir Khan has taken to Snapchat to confirm that he’s split up with his wife Faryal Makhdoom Khan and that all the accusations he tweeted were in fact true.
It all kicked off yesterday as Khan said he was going to split up with his wife and claimed she was ‘going off’ with fellow boxer Anthony Joshua.
There were claims that the couple had been hacked, but the Bolton-born boxer took to Snapchat to deny this and open up about the crazy situation, The Mirror reports.
Everything you saw on social media today, it is real. Obviously me and Faryal have both decided to move on – well, I’ve decided to walk away. Nothing’s been hacked and obviously it’s just a tough time we both have to go through. We have to both move forward because it’s not healthy for any of us and I’m just not happy with the way I get treated by her and everything else.
So look, I wish her every best for the future and I’m in Dubai at the moment and I’m doing some training and stuff but I don’t want you guys to worry. I am staying strong and I just want to say a big thank you for all your support. But yeah, what’s done is done. Everything I posted on social media today was true.
Khan’s marriage to Faryal has been an eventful one to say the least, with outrageously public rows on an almost weekly basis.
They included a massive family feud, claims of a leaked sex tape and accusations of cheating- which resurfaced during their fiery Twitter spat.
We thought this would be the last we’d hear from them now at least, especially after Anthony Joshua denied any links between them and claimed that he has never met Faryal, posting #ItWasntMe on Twitter.
But with this former couples clear desire to be in the media spotlight on such a regular basis it wasn’t the case.
Just don’t be surprised if this isn’t final twist in the tale.
