BVB Set To Show Their Class Again With Touching Hillsborough Tribute


Borussia Dortmund’s fans are renowned for being amazing.

The ‘Yellow Wall’ at the Signal Iduna Park is one of the most mesmerising sights in football, but their travelling contingent is also one of the more decent collections.

BVB come to England on Thursday for the crucial second leg of their Europa League quarter final with Liverpool, and have planned a classy tribute to the Hillsborough disaster victims.

Dortmund have printed out thousands of black and yellow placards, which will form a huge mosaic amongst their 3,000 travelling fans, to remember the 96 people that died in 1989.

There will also be another emotional rendition of “You’ll Never Walk Alone” sang by both sets of fans, just like there was in the first leg.
