Conor McGregor Fires More Shots At UFC And Nate Diaz

Conor McGregor has taken to social media once more to highlight his overwhelming desire to avenge his March defeat at the hands of Nate Diaz.

The long drawn out saga over whether the Irishman would fight at UFC 200 is officially over, with Daniel Cormier and Jon Jones confirmed as the main event at the T-Mobile Arena for July 9.

But that has not weakened McGregor’s determination to fight Diaz again. Yesterday he uploaded a video to Facebook making it clear Nate is his sole focus at present.

Nobody gives a fuck about these other fights until this one is settled.
Cut the bullshit. Run it back. #RealFight

As reported by MMA Fighting, The ‘Notorious’ used his Twitter account to hold an impromptu Q&A with fight fans on Monday afternoon.

McGregor opened by highlighting he is approaching a rematch with Diaz very differently.

Mystic Mac then returned in full swing, predicting the rematch -whenever it is held- will not follow the same story.

The featherweight champ then took aim at the UFC, arguing without his presence on the card at 200 the UFC had kissed goodbye to outselling Mayweather-Pacquiao on pay-per-view.

And it was made clear McGregor still considers himself the promotion’s biggest attraction at present.

The Irishman put paid to rumours he intends never to return to the featherweight division too…

He then signed off in what is fast becoming trademark cryptic fashion.

So, McGregor has once again proven himself more than capable of answering interview questions and creating a buzz around his fights without being in a room full of cameras and journalists.

I can’t help but feel we have heard some of these lines somewhere else though…
