Ahead of their $500 million mega-fight Conor McGregor has had a giant mural of opponent Floyd Mayweather painted on his gym wall.
Undefeated welterweight boxer Mayweather will take on UFC Lightweight Champion McGregor on August 26.
And if McGregor ever needs motivation to train harder, all he needs to do is glance at the mural on his gym wall which depicts the UFC champion landing a punch on Mayweather.
The Irish fighter showcased his painting on his Instagram account with the caption ‘I am a filthy Irish animal.’
His fight against Mayweather will certainly be challenging.
This will be ‘Money’ Mayweather’s first fight back in the ring after retiring undefeated at an incredible 49-0 after beating Andre Berto in 2015.
McGregor’s last fight in The Octagon was against Eddie Alvarez last year on November 12.
He won via TKO in the second round, taking him to a fight record of 22-3, and making him the UFC’s first ever two-division champion. Although he would later have to relinquish his claim to the featherweight title.
We can’t wait to see him take on Mayweather!
