The McGregor and Mayweather fight is supposed to be one of the biggest in recent time.
But it turns out fans aren’t desperate to buy box office tickets for Floyd Mayweather’s bout with Conor McGregor.
Why? Well, judging by Ticketmaster, thousands of seats are still available for the fight at the T-Mobile arena on Aug 26.
And why’s that? Because they’re too fucking pricey, to put it plainly. The lowest priced ticket will set you back £2,665 for Christ sake.
Resale tickets come in at £1,520 but there’s a slim chance you’ll get two that are next to each other.
As for Best Seats option, well, you’ve gotta be a clown to go for them. You’ll have to fork out anywhere between £7,614 to £18,274 to get close to feeling either of the two’s sweat.
Promotor Leonard Ellerbe told AP:
We’re very excited and very happy with ticket sales so far. We’re well on our way to smashing our own record which transcended the sport.
Still. I suppose if you can afford it, go for it. Or just watch it on TV and give the money to charity. Your call.
