Tyson Fury’s wife has posted a selfie of herself travelling in economy class, as the boxer vows to give £8 million to the homeless.
Paris, his wife of nine years, was flying to Los Angeles with friends in preparation to watch the self-professed ‘Gypsy King’ fight this weekend. Fury will fight Deontay Wilder for the WBC Heavyweight world title on Saturday, December 1, at the Staples Center.
Defending WBC titleholder Wilder is currently the favourite to win, on account of Fury having only recently returned to the sport following a drugs ban.
Both boxers are expected to pocket millions for the much-anticipated fight, with Wilder set to earn nearly £11 million and Fury nearly £8 million.
However, the 30-year-old Gypsy King has made it clear that he does not want to keep his earnings; instead, he will be giving it all to the homeless.
As reported by The Sun, Fury plans to donate the millions to enable homeless people to have a roof over their heads.

I’m going to give it to the poor and I’m going to build homes for the homeless. I don’t really have much use for it, I’m not interested in becoming a millionaire or a billionaire.
I’m a boxer, not a businessman and I’ll probably go down the same route as every other boxer – skint at the end of it all. You can’t take it with you so I might as well do something with it and help out people who can’t help themselves.
Fury also said that in doing so, he hopes to teach his children a valuable lesson that they will have to go out and earn their own money when they’re old enough.
The couple have four children together – Venezuela, Prince John James, Prince Tyson Fury II, and Valencia Amber.
And it would appear the whole family are living by the same rules, as Paris was recently spotted flying out to LA in economy class.
Unafraid to slum it with the rest of us, she posted a selfie to her personal Instagram page which showed her and a couple of friends surrounded by other passengers.
She captioned the photo:

Fury went on to explain why he wants his family to appreciate that money can’t just be handed to you, it has to be earned.
As reported by The Sun, he said:
I believe all kids should make their own money in life because if they don’t, they won’t appreciate it. It’s easy to spend someone else’s money and the money I’ve earned is practically blood money.
My kids have to make their own living and make their own way in life; they won’t be living off my name or reputation because that’s too easy a route.
You see many of these rich people’s kids doing nothing because they had it too easy. I never had it easy, I had to work for whatever I got. I was working from very young, everything I wanted in life I had to work for.
In all honesty, it’s humbling to see such a successful family sticking with their roots and not taking anything for granted.
If nothing else, it at least makes a refreshing change from all of those celebs who take a private plane everywhere just for the fun of it.
