A prominent UFO investigator claims that NASA are going to send someone to check out the ‘alien corpses’ that were recently presented to the congress in Mexico.
Mexican UFO reporter, Jaime Maussan, was present at the unveiling of the supposed alien corpses, which are claimed to be around '1,000 years old', and said that a NASA contractor will be giving them a once-over and performing a ‘DNA investigation’ to get to the bottom of the matter.

Maussan showed off the strange bodies to the Mexican government, claiming that they were discovered in a cave in Peru and share very little similarity with what you’d expect from normal human remains.
However, there has been a lot of scepticism from the scientific community, with some claiming that – if these truly were aliens – the likelihood is that they’d not look quite so humanoid.
That’s just one of the arguments that those who believe in the alien corpses will hope to dispel if they are investigated.

Detailing his claims, Maussan said: "'You remember NASA saying that this should be investigated, and so on?
“A contractor from NASA took the challenge.
“They are a laboratory dedicated to the reading of DNA."
NASA UFO scientist Dr David Spergel has been positive on the issue, stating that if these claims are going to be made about the bodies, they should be investigated.

The US space agency is taking a new tack on UFOs and UAPs – unidentified anomalous phenomena – and they sound like they’d definitely be keen to take a look.
So far, there has been no proof offered that supports the claims that the bodies belong to ancient aliens, and Maussan’s claims have been fairly roundly rejected.
But, he deserves the chance to have his claims verified or denied, provided he’s willing to be transparent and allow the scientists to do their stuff.
Dr Spergel told the press: "We don't know the nature of those samples.

“My recommendation is, if you have something strange, make samples available to the world scientific community, and we'll see what's there."
Maussan might have some trouble brewing, though.
After he claimed that the bodies were found in Peru, the South American country’s Culture Ministry has filed criminal charges against him, relating to the alleged grave-robbing of ancient sites.

The veteran UFO investigator claims he did approach the government to see if they wanted to be involved with his work.
Of the two bodies, Maussan said: It’s the queen of all evidence,
“That is, if the DNA is showing us that they are non-human beings and that there is nothing that looks like this in the world, we should take it as such.”
Similar claims by Maussan in 2017 were reported on by the government of Peru, who found that the bodies were ‘recently manufactured dolls, which have been covered with a mixture of paper and synthetic glue to simulate the presence of skin.’
