New iPhone Update Brings Whole Host Of Emojis Including Cheeky Lip Bite
In case people needed another emoji to misuse, don't worry, there are 37 more being added to the mix.
Ah, emojis, a sure fire way to end a conversation you no longer want to be in. Sure, they can add nuance to certain texts, the careful placement of a monkey with its hands over its eyes can reel back the riskiest of texts.
However, the new emojis don't seem as, well, subtle. They include a melting face, a troll and a lip bite. We can feel our vocabulary expand already...

In a post on Twitter, the Unicode Consortium, a non-profit that helps manage and approve new emojis, announced the new additions to be gracing WhatsApp groups in the near future.
The post was captioned: 'Among the 838 new characters in #Unicode14 are 37 new #emoji, along with new emoji sequences, that are expected to show up on [phones, laptops], and other platforms sometime next year.'
The new emojis are said to be rolling out when iOS 15.4 becomes available.
Of course, reactions to the new additions were swift, and most people were quick to focus on one emoji in particular – the lip bite.
While the meaning of most emojis has been debated, the lip bite emoji can only really mean one thing.
One user wrote, 'that lip-biting emoji and the peeking emoji are gonna be used by SO many horny people'.
Another added, 'wait the biting lip emoji is so horny'.
Now, just imagine sending it by accident and you can see how awkward things are going to get.
However, some debated this view, one person adding 'sorry, but the lip bite is simply not horny', claiming instead the wide, staring eyes and the three drips are the horniest.
While emoji debate isn't how we pictured our Friday morning, other additions have grabbed people's attention.
Namely, the troll emoji, which to be fair does seem pretty fun.
One user excitedly said 'that troll emoji is gonna be my entire life', while another added, 'I'm gonna use the f**k out of that troll emoji'.
Someone else added, 'I’m gonna be a menace with the troll emoji', and now we're wondering what the most used emoji of 2022 will be?
Will it be the classic laughing-crying face, or will the lip-bite/troll become a front runner. Only time will tell.
And, honestly, we don't care either way, because the best emoji is the sarcastic-sparkle emoji and we will argue with anyone that says otherwise.
