Most people who have purchased Apple's new Vision Pros will be handling the device with the same care you would a newborn child - but not this guy.
YouTuber JerryRigEverything, real name Zack Nelson, got his hands on the highly sought after device and did the unimaginable.
He destroyed it.
But that's not because he has unresolved anger issues, Zack carried out a handful of tests to test the Vision Pro's durability.

He also prides himself on reviewing technology 'from the inside' and showed his 8.43 million YouTube subscribers what the makeup of the Apple headset looks like.
One of the first tests he did was on the so-called 'laminated glass' that the lens of the goggles are made of.
Zack didn't expect them to scratch easily... but they did. He used a scalpel on the lens, before upgrading to a box cutter.
"Any keys, coins or metal object that comes in contact with the Apple Vision Pro will leave a permanent, unrepairable mark," the YouTuber warned.

While they're not scratch-proof, he did note that the material was far less likely to shatter.
Zack then proceeded to put a lighter to the headband strap - which he said feels like has been 'knitted with the love of 1,000 grandmas' - and, as you'd probably expect, it burnt a hole in the yarn.
Predicting that the Vision Pro will be 'incredibly awesome in the inside', Zack goes on to completely tear apart the headset.

From dual turbo fans and a ribbed display, to Apple's infamous M2 chip, the tech pro says that with the extremely complex design in mind, he doesn't think Vision Pros are 'designed to be repaired'.
People have had a lot to say about the destructive video, and a trending theme seems to be that people find this type of content quite satisfying.
It probably helps that Zack has a very ASMR-worthy voice.
"Watching him destroy stuff u can’t buy at 3am keeps me sane [sic]," wrote one viewer.
"This teardown put tears in my eyes. Awesome work as always," said another.

"I haven't clicked on a video so fast in months, this is the content that I didn't know I needed in my life," a different person penned.
Others had mixed feelings though.
Someone said: "I can't help but feel a mix of excitement and anxiety watching you tear apart these expensive gadgets."
"That was almost painful to watch initially," echoed another. "Then I really got into the deconstruction/destruction. Nice Work!!!"

Personally, I grimaced my way through the video, but people like what they like.
