Michael J. Fox scored himself a standing ovation as he stepped out with Seth Rogen at the Oscars last night.

The audience went wild as the 55-year-old actor pulled up in the souped up DeLorean from Back To The Future, alongside the Sausage Party star.

Michael J. Fox, who suffers with parkinsons disease, received an overwhelming response from the audience, as they stood up in appreciation of the Golden Globes winner.

When it became obvious the raucous crowds were going crazy for Fox, Seth couldn’t resist making a self-deprecating joke.

He quipped:

I’m gonna pretend half that applause is for me, even though I know, deep down, it is not.

Fox was quick to pick up on his popularity and threw back at Seth with: “Some of it was for you.”

Rogen tried to claw back some of the admiration though and replied with: “You think, like, 30 per cent of it was for me?”

Fox wasn’t having any of it though and didn’t miss a trick by coyly responding deadpan with ‘Some of it was for you.’

What a hero.

The Marty McFly actor was ingeniously brought on by a version of the famous vehicle, to present the award for Achievement in Film Editing.

Seth looked made-up as he took the stage next to his icon, proudly rocking a pair of Nike’s ‘self-lacing power sneakers,’ with his swish tuxedo.

He could hardly contain his excitement at being able to present an award with his childhood idol.

He beamed:

I’m at the Oscars with Michael J. Fox, a DeLorean, while wearing Future shoes.

All I have to do is sing the Schuyler Sisters song from Hamilton in front of the world and I will have completed my entire bucket list.

And then he did, forcing a slightly uncomfortable rendition from the iconic actor.

What an entrance though.

And what a legend.
