Here’s How To Make Cupcake Ice Cream Cones

Ingredients:

– 12 x flat bottom ice cream cones
– 200g butter
– 200g plain flour
– 2 tbsp custard powder
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 200g caster sugar
– 2 x eggs

Method:

Cream together the butter and sugar, then stir in the eggs.

Add the vanilla extract, followed by the custard powder and flour.

Spoon the cake mix into a piping bag, then pipe into the ice cream cones – about 2/3rds full and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 25 minutes.

Allow to cool, then top with squirty cream, sprinkles and a flake.
