Ingredients:

– 350g dark chocolate (melted)
– 200g butter (melted)
– 250g light brown sugar
– 3 x eggs
– 50g self raising flour
– 30 x strawberries
– Whipped cream
– Icing sugar

Method:

Stir the sugar into the melted chocolate & butter.

Now add the eggs and the flour, then bake for 30 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.

Allow the brownies to cool completely, then portion into bitesize squares.

Top each square with a blob of whipped cream, then a strawberry, then a tiny bit of whipped cream on top.

Dust with icing sugar…
