Michael Jordan has been trying to sell his mansion since 2012, with no joy.
But now he has the ultimate selling tools – a hype video showing just how damn ridiculous his house is, and the offer of a pair of every single Air Jordan trainers ever made for the buyer.
The basketball legend has been trying to shift the property for a while now and seems to be getting desperate. The real estate agent responsible for it, Kofi Nartey, told Maxim Jordan was willing to throw in “a pair of every edition of signature Air Jordans in the buyer’s size,” adding, “If the price is right, we can make almost anything happen”.
The luxury property in the Chicago suburb of Highland Park is on the market for $14.9 million (£9.7 million), down from the ambitious original price of $29 million (£19 million).
The actual asking price is $14,855,000, which adds up to Jordan’s old jersey number at the Chicago Bulls, 23, as the Huffington Post notes.
