A ‘time traveller’ from 2118 has revealed why he can’t buy a winning lottery ticket and become a multi-millionaire.
Alexander Smith, who was allegedly a part of a CIA experiment to check out how badly we’re doing in the future, claimed he was the real deal in a 26-minute video.
At one point, he addresses the simple cynic’s question, which goes along the line of: “Alright fella, if you’re some Dr Who hot shot how come you don’t just invest in gambling, you already know the outcome to? Why not buy a winning lottery ticket?”
Smith says, on Apex TV:
I didn’t buy a lottery ticket. It was strictly forbidden by the CIA to do anything that would increase my monetary wealth.
You see, the CIA were paying me very well for my mission. I was paid a substantial amount so there was no reason for me to try to get lottery numbers from the past
They also explained to me if I did so, it could spell the end of the human race because it would cause a paradox.
Rather convenient, not to mention a humble brag.
Smith also enlightened the masses with a picture he'd taken of a futuristic city, although it was too blurred to fully make out.
This picture was taken in the year 2118. This picture was the city I walked in.
I’ll never forget when I took that picture. It was right outside the city, before I had walked into it.
I chose to wait until now to reveal that picture to you because I didn’t know if the world was ready to see it?
That was a picture from the future which I was able to take back. There was only a minor amount of distortion on it that was caused by the time travelling process.
The Government confiscated the original photo, but before they took it from me, I did manage to make the copy I held before you.
As for the subject of aliens, Smith stated:
Aliens do visit us, there are intelligent extra-terrestrials that do come to Earth, this is in the mid-21st century.
There is actually contact with intelligent extra-terrestrials long before it was revealed to the public.
These aliens don’t necessarily live among us but they do visit from time to time.
What do you make of all this?
