However, the new move doesn’t just come with sacrifices.

“I saw Adele, I saw Bruno Mars. I've seen quite a few shows and been to lots of great restaurants," he said.

"There's so much to do in Vegas, and it's so exciting."

Marky Mark sold his 30,500-square-foot mega-mansion in Beverly Park in February last year for USD $55 million (AUD $87m), making it one of the priciest home sales in Southern California in 2022.

He then splashed $US14.5 million (AUD $21.2m) on a luxurious Las Vegas villa located in the resort community ‘The Summit Club’ in Summerlin.

Aside from giving his kids a fresh start, the 51-year-old has plans to bring his famous burger restaurant chain Walhburgers to the Las Vegas Strip.

This marks the second location in the marriage capital of the world, which will be found inside Mandalay Bay at The Shoppes at Mandalay Place.

“Las Vegas is my new home base and I’m really invested in the community here,” said Wahlberg, as per Forbes.

“When we found an opportunity to open a second restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip, my brothers and I jumped on it. Mandalay Bay is a great hotel and it’s a perfect spot for our newest Wahlburgers."

The Mandalay Bay Wahlburgers won’t just be your average burger joint, as it will occupy a space of 5,000 square feet and have HDTVs all throughout the restaurant, so even the biggest sports fanatics will be entertained.

According to Wahlberg, continuing to expand the business in Las Vegas was the next natural step.

“The first location [in Vegas] opened seven years ago at Bally’s and since that time we’ve hosted something like four million guests,” he said, as per the out outlet.

“People visit Las Vegas from all over the world and we love that Wahlburgers has been a memorable part of the Vegas experience for so many people.”
