With Netflix dropping new content on the platform every month, it's easy to miss some exciting TV shows that date back a few years.
One new series everyone is raving about is One Day, meanwhile I've only just started watching Kim's Convenience for the first time - which dates all the way back in 2016.
Whether it's new to the platform or not, as long as it's new to you, that's all that matters as a viewer.

And, with Netflix's array of content in mind, it's not difficult to find your new favorite on the streaming platform.
People often take to Facebook group Netflix Bangers to ask people for their thoughts on films and TV shows - both old and new - and one show that's been up for debate of late is Blood & Water.
Debuting on Netflix in 2020, the teen drama is described as being about 'a local teen uncovers her family's secret past and navigates the complicated world of a South African high school'.

Four years and four seasons later, people are still loving Blood & Water, with its first season boasting an impressive 80 percent on Rotten Tomatoes. You can watch the trailer here:
Taking to social media yesterday (February 4), one person asked if the show was 'worth the watch'.
And dozens simply replied with an enthusiastic 'yes', while someone else went as far as hailing it as being '1000/100'.
A different person replied: "Definitely is I love it I just started season 4 a few days ago."

"I started this a couple days ago and can’t stop! I’m nearly finished," raved someone else.
"I finished it the very same day it was released," added another. "Really enjoyed it."
While still raving about Blood & Water, there was a reoccurring theme in the comments about season 4.
"I liked the first 3 seasons. But season 4 is sh*t. Just kept looking at my phone," one wrote.

Someone else went on: "1st 3 seasons were excellent, s4 was sort of a hit and miss, I binged watched it yesterday, think the producers and writers didn't actually know what the storyline should be and just went with the flow."
"It wasn't bad, but a little boring," they added.
Many others said the same about the first three seasons being great while the fourth wasn't quite as good in comparison - but it definitely still sounds worth a try.
