Billie Eilish has responded to Kanye West's request that she apologise to Travis Scott.

The rapper took to Instagram to ask Eilish to apologise to Scott after he thought the Happier Than Ever singer made a dig at Scott's treatment of fans.

The request came following Eilish's concert at State Farm in Atlanta last week, where the singer paused her set after seeing a fan struggling to breathe.

After the fan was checked on, the singer reportedly said: 'I wait for people to be okay until I keep going'.

Some thought this was Eilish making a comment on the tragic incident at Scott's Astroworld concert in November last year.

During the concert multiple fans were crushed and 10 lost their lives after being pushed towards the main stage. Scott was criticised following the incident for continuing his set and bringing out guest act Drake.

Scott claimed he wasn't aware of what was taking place in the crowd during his performance, however several lawsuits have since been filed by families of those who lost their lives or were impacted by the incident.

Following Eilish's comment and suggestion the singer had 'dissed' Scott, West took to Instagram to ask her to apologise.

The Donda rapper said: 'come on Billie we love you please apologise to Trav and to the families of the people who lost their lives no one intended this to happen'.

He added: 'Trav didn’t have any idea of what was happening when he was on stage and was very hurt by what happened and yes Trav will be with me at Coachella but now I need Billie to apologise before I perform'.

Eilish has since spoken out in response to West's post, replying in the comments section saying, 'Literally never said a thing about Travis. Was just helping a fan'.

As you can imagine, the comments section of the post were pretty hectic, with one user making a comment about West's mental health, writing: 'Mans off the meds album gonna go crazy'.

West responded to the comment, saying: 'The world is racist, sexist, homophobic, and crazy phobic at our core. Its cheap and dismissive to say I’m off my meds anytime I speak up.

'Phobia in this sense doesn’t mean being afraid of, it means not giving power to. Lets be more conscious and not write each other off so easily'.
