More details surrounding the mysterious deaths of three Kansas City Chiefs fans has been revealed from family members, it has been reported.
Three men were found dead outside a home in Kansas City, Missouri, on January 9.
David Harrington, 37, Ricky Johnson, 38, and Clayton McGeeney, 36, were last seen alive two days prior after they went over to Jordan Willis’s rented home to watch the Chiefs take on the LA Chargers.

Willis was informed of their death by police despite being at home those two days.
Police initially went to the home after one of the men’s fiancée's requested a welfare check and discovered the bodies.
When informed by police of the bodies being found in the backyard, Willis claimed he had been asleep for nearly two days and did not realize his friends had died.

Each of the bodies were sent away and police hoped a toxicology report would shed more light on their deaths.
Newsnation’s Alex Caprariello took to social media and claimed that a family member had told him about the preliminary findings of the toxicology report.
Writing on X (formerly Twitter), he alleged: “A family member, who asked to remain anonymous, tells me cocaine, fentanyl and THC showed up in the preliminary results. The family source says level 10 fentanyl is enough to kill. The #KansasCity3 were at level 30.”

In a follow up post, he further claimed: ‘This has now been backed up and confirmed by a second, separate family source.’

The Kansas City Police have also confirmed that they have been contact with the families of the deceased.
“There have been no additional details of this case revealed to any media, nor are there any plans to at this time. The case remains an ongoing death investigation,” a police spokesperson told PEOPLE.
"Both KCPD Detectives and the Platte County Prosecutors Office have been in touch with the deceased men’s families and remain in contact with them as the investigation unfolds."
It has not been officially confirmed whether drugs were involved in the men's death.

Police have also confirmed there were 'no signs of obvious foul play observed at or near the crime scene'.

It was also reported that Willis had chosen to check himself into rehab.

"After the shocking loss of three of his close friends under extremely tragic circumstances, Jordan recognized that he had a problem with addiction,” a source told fox News Digitial earlier this week.

The source did not elaborate further on the exact nature of Willis’ addiction nor the details surrounding the tragic circumstances.
"He immediately checked himself into rehab after vacating his home and putting his things into storage," the source added.
UNILAD has previously contacted Picerno, Willis' attorney, for comment.
